1. Parties. These terms are an agreement between you and LLC “DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS” for the GreenHub mobile app and apps on the GreenHub platform published under a management company's brand (the "App"). By installing or using the App you accept these terms. They do not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service; in case of conflict the store's rules prevail.

2. Licence. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal use of your building's services.

3. Account. Your account is created by your management company. You are responsible for keeping access to the email and phone that receive sign-in codes and for actions taken from your account. Do not pass your passes, QR codes or cards to others.

4. Building access. Opening doors, gates and barriers, viewing cameras, guest passes and other features are provided by your management company and may be changed by it. We are not a party to the relationship between you and your management company.

5. Restrictions. You may not decompile or modify the App, use it to gain access you are not entitled to, interfere with building equipment, or use the App unlawfully.

6. Data. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy (greenhub.ua/privacy).

7. Notifications. The App sends service notifications (sign-in codes, request status changes, messages from your management company). Push notifications can be disabled in device settings; sign-in codes are sent regardless.

8. Availability. The App depends on building equipment, internet connectivity and the app stores; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Emergency egress must never depend on the App alone.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for consequences of losing access to the App. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (the App is free).

10. Termination. The licence lasts while you use the App and comply with these terms. You may end it by deleting your account and the App; we may end it if you breach these terms.

11. Law. Ukrainian law applies. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ukraine unless mandatory law of your country provides otherwise.
